La Viennoise building on Champollion Street is a rare architectural and historical masterpiece dating back to 1896, when it was built by Lebanese Hanna Al-Sabbagh Bey, the private secretary of Baron Imban, founder of The New Egypt District. Between 1912 and 1914, the building became the headquarters of the Austrian imperial consulate and Hungary, and was subsequently transferred to Egyptian-Lebanese businessman Abdullah Mirshaq in 1941, and was nationalized until it was recovered by the Mershaq family in 1981, and in 2009 it was transferred to Ismailia Real Estate Investment Company, which underwent development work to become the headquarters of The Capital Wealth Group in 2018.
مبنى لا فينواز في شارع شامبليون هو تحفة معمارية وتاريخية نادرة يعود تاريخها إلى عام 1896 ، عندما تم بناؤه من قبل اللبناني حنا الصباغ بك ، السكرتير الخاص للبارون إمبان ، مؤسس حي مصر الجديدة. وبين عامي 1912 و1914، أصبح المبنى مقرا للقنصلية الإمبراطورية النمساوية والمجر، وانتقل لاحقا إلى رجل الأعمال المصري اللبناني عبد الله ميرشق عام 1941، وتم تأميمه حتى استعادته من قبل عائلة ميرشاق عام 1981، وفي عام 2009 تم نقله إلى شركة الإسماعيلية للاستثمار العقاري، التي خضعت لأعمال التطوير لتصبح مقرا لمجموعة كابيتال ويلث جروب عام 2018.
